Our Story

Following the success of the original Olcott, NY location, Olcott Lobster Co. is expanding with a second location in Lewiston, NY, set to open in 2026 at the historic Stone House on Center Street.

Owned and operated by Michelle Pozantides and her brother, Kevin Thomasula, the Lewiston location builds on the popularity of Olcott while introducing a new, more elevated experience. While the original Olcott location is known for its laid-back lobster shack atmosphere, Lewiston will offer a full sit-down dining experience in a setting rich with character and history.

What began as a simple idea—a lobster roll spot in Olcott—quickly grew into a local favorite across Western New York. With the Lewiston location, the team is expanding that success into a space designed not only for dining, but also for hosting events, with curated packages and offerings to make every occasion memorable.
